Our method blends Pilates for deep muscle strength and posture, Sculpt Yoga for controlled power and endurance, and Barre for low-impact cardio and refined definition, creating a complete, intelligent workout your body truly needs.
With a maximum of six members per class, every session allows for focused attention, precise correction, and meaningful progress. Our carefully selected, certified trainers are committed to delivering safe, effective, and truly personalized training.

BARRE :

Barre is primarily cardio-based. While it tones and sculpts muscles, its fast-paced, repetitive movements elevate your heart rate, improve stamina, and give you a calorie-burning, endurance-focused workout unlike Pilates or traditional strength training.

SCULPT YOGA MEMBERSHIP :

Sculpt Yoga is a dynamic, calorie-burning workout that
strengthens and tones your body while incorporating deep stretches to aid muscle recovery and improve overall flexibility. It perfectly balances intensity and rejuvenation, leaving you energized, strong, and refreshed.

Timings :

➣ Morning 7am to 12pm
➣ Evening 4pm to 8pm
